If you haven't really notice it before, here's another glance of this picture from the classic anime Cardcaptor Sakura... Though the anime maybe pure at times, there are some things in which are not notice and long forget about it. So in any case, something is very wrong with this picture and if you do see it, you'd know what I do mean. It just catches you off guard when you least expect it.
